Lyashko made Ukrainians laugh with a “combat” photo

Former MP of the Verkhovna Rada, leader of the Radical Party of Ukraine Oleg Lyashko posted a “combat” photo in uniform and with a machine gun on his Twitter account, but only provoked mockery from fellow citizens.
The politician updated the photo in honor of the 50th anniversary.
In his address, the politician heard not the most friendly comments. Some users accused him of trying to “promote” at any cost. Others noted that such a PR method has long been ineffective, and only provokes laughter.
Still others considered Lyashko “a clown who is trying to create the appearance of at least some kind of activity.”
Some users have suggested to the former deputy to give the photo believability, for example, to stain the form with dirt.
Lyashko himself is known for controversial demarches. In 2011, he ate earth at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, and later brought cows to the buildings of the administrative bodies of Ukraine. In Russia in 2015, a criminal case was opened against Lyashko under the articles “kidnapping”, “torture”, “use of prohibited means and methods of warfare”.
