Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko dismissed reports that the sudden death on Wednesday of 46-year-old Minister of Transport and Communications Aleksey Avramenko could be linked to the movement of nuclear weapons.
According to Lukashenka, he read that the fugitive oppositionists could not track where and how the nuclear warheads transferred by Russia to Belarus were moving and suggested that the deceased minister was upset that the railway was paralyzed.
“The ammunition was moved a long time ago and has nothing to do with the death of this minister,” Lukashenka stressed.
A video fragment of the statement of the President of Belarus was published in the Telegram channel “Pool of the First”.
