Long-awaited “squares”: an orphan from the Chelyabinsk region will be presented with an apartment

Since 2018, Tatyana Ustinova has been trying to ensure that she is given housing that meets the standards. After all, the conditions in the apartment, which she, as an orphan, received from the municipality, leave much to be desired. The story went far beyond the borders of his native city.

However, in parallel with this, another branch of history developed, which was kept secret. It is she who once again proves that miracles do happen in our time. And, paradoxically, they happened on the Old New Year.

25-year-old Tatyana Ustinova is not only a young mother, but also a girl with an active civic and life position. Now she is a housewife, she is raising a wonderful little daughter Vika, and she is also trying to achieve a solution to important city problems, including communal ones.

A young mother got involved in active work a few years ago when she herself faced a housing problem. Tatyana is an orphan. In 2018, she received her legal housing. Here are just the conditions, according to the girl, turned out to be unsuitable for life.

Tatyana says that according to the documents in the living area, everything was in order and in good condition. In fact, there are expired meters, broken plumbing and problems with ventilation and heating, cracks in the walls. A year later, according to her, square meters brought a new surprise – mold and fungus. “Since 2019, I have already been forced to take this matter seriously and write everywhere,” says Tatyana Ustinova.

Thus began her lengthy correspondence with the local administration and supervisory authorities. Tatyana received answers, which she herself called nothing more than replies. He says that two folders have already accumulated over the past years. But the girl did not lose heart and at the same time tried to bring comfort to her home, made repairs. And last summer, the owner of the apartment decided to demand other housing through the court.

Fairy tale in reality

This story received a continuation already in 2023, and in a completely unexpected way for the entire Tatyana family.

The resident periodically reports on the results of her struggle with local officials and public utilities on her personal page on social networks. There she publishes answers to her appeals. At some point, the federal media showed interest in the situation. At the beginning of this week, there was even a publication about the inaction of the city authorities. However, few people knew that at the same time a new chain of events was developing, which, as it turned out later, would bring Tatyana and her daughter long-awaited joy and true faith in miracles. It all started with a small appeal to the wife of the governor of the Chelyabinsk region and public figure Irina Teksler.

It is interesting that a resident of Bakal managed to deal not only with her own problems, but also with one citywide problem – a communal collapse associated with sewerage formed in the municipality. Friends advised Tatyana to write about what had happened to Irina Teksler. The girl found her page on social networks and sent a message. Correspondence began, and the young mother at the same time told her interlocutor her own story with the apartment. “Irina Nikolaevna asked me to throw off the documents, and I sent everything to her,” recalls Tatyana Ustinova.

After the New Year holidays, Irina Teksler personally came to Tatyana. She decided to visit the girl after carefully studying all the papers sent. “According to the documents, everything is in order, safely. But Tatyana claimed that in reality everything is different, so I wanted to see the conditions myself, ”said Irina Teksler.

Recalling this meeting now, Tatyana admits that she was worried and was very touched by the visit of the guest. The young mother did not expect that later events would unfold in a completely unexpected direction for her and become even more like a fairy tale.

“Irina Nikolaevna arrived in the evening, brought a doll to her daughter. We talked with her, she found out what I was doing, and said that she was ready to help with the purchase of an apartment, – Tatyana shares the good news. – I was in shock. Everything happened so unexpectedly! I am very glad that they finally heard me, because before that everyone refused to understand me.

As it turned out, even before arriving at the girl, Irina Nikolaevna carefully studied all the documents and made a fateful decision for Tatiana. The visit only confirmed her intentions.

“I saw that the family is very good. Tatyana is a young mother who does a lot for her child. She has a wonderful girl who grows up in love and care. Their apartment is very clean. It can be seen that a lot is really being done to make housing look good,” explained Irina Teksler.

By the way, Tatyana herself was given the opportunity to choose a suitable apartment. She has already started looking for housing and is actively looking at options, periodically consulting with Irina Nikolaevna.

According to Irina Teksler, if everything goes well, then a deal to buy an apartment will be carried out in the near future. Then the living space will be privatized, and the long-awaited square meters will become the property of Tatyana. The girl herself admits that she has not yet thought about interiors or repairs. However, she knows one thing for sure: Vika’s daughter must have her own room. And the family will definitely celebrate a housewarming party. By the way, Irina Nikolaevna has already been invited to it.
