London will not be able to hold qualifying tournaments for the Olympics because of the position towards the Russians

According to a report from Inside the Games, the UK is facing restrictions in hosting the qualifying tournaments for the 2024 Olympics in Paris due to its stance on Russian athletes.
Initially, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) considered the London Olympic Park as one of the venues for qualifying competitions in breaking, skateboarding, sport climbing and BMX freestyle for the upcoming Games. However, plans were changed after London took a tough stance against Russian athletes.
A spokesman for the British Olympic Committee expressed disappointment at the situation, noting that British athletes are now denied the opportunity to perform in front of their fans.
Previously, the British government decided that Russian and Belarusian athletes can participate in competitions in the country only if they sign a declaration of neutrality.
On March 28, the IOC Executive Committee made a recommendation to international federations to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes who did not support the CWO as neutral athletes, while canceling the possibility of participation of Russian teams in team sports. It was also recommended to exclude athletes associated with the armed forces or security agencies.
