The Basmanny Court of Moscow approved a settlement agreement between the singer Lolita and the organizer of her concert in Surgut. The press service of the court reported this.
As MK learned, the singer’s concert was supposed to take place in 2020, but was canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak. However, the singer received an advance payment. This circumstance gave rise to a dispute – individual entrepreneur Ksenia Zimina filed a lawsuit.
As a result, a settlement agreement was concluded between the parties last Thursday.
Note that Surgut is an unlucky city for Lolita. In 2012, she had to perform in an unfinished room, where instead of a toilet she was offered… a bucket. This shocked the artist to the core.
