Lokomotiv’s rookie will play in the KHL All-Star Game

On October 20, Friday, the Kontinental Hockey League summed up the voting results of media representatives who were entrusted with choosing their “protégés” for the KHL All-Star Game.
Sports journalists included in the KHL pool nominated several candidates, from whom they chose three worthy of participating in this iconic sporting event by voting.
Yaroslav Likhachev from Lokomotiv, Daniil Aimurzin and Nikita Korostelev from Severstal Cherepovets were chosen by voting.
The fans, who were also given the opportunity to choose, did not nominate anyone from Lokomotiv to the ranks of the Tarasov Division team. their choice fell on Dynamo Minsk goalkeeper Alexei Kolosov, CSKA defender Nikita Nesterov, as well as Dynamo Moscow forward Nikita Gusev and Minsk young forward Vitaly Pinchuk.
The star tournament between the division teams will take place on December 9 and 10 in St. Petersburg.
The final composition of the teams will be determined by the KHL.
Yaroslav Likhachev is one of the most goal-scoring forwards for Lokomotiv this season. A graduate of the Yaroslavl hockey school, after a career at Loko, was traded to the Far Eastern Amur.
