Lokomotiv striker injured in pre-season tournament

Artur Kayumov, forward of HC Lokomotiv, is included in the list of injured hockey players in the KHL. The striker was injured during the pre-season tournament in Kazan, in a match with Traktor Chelyabinsk. In the second period, the forward was “taken to the body” by the defender of “Tractor” and got a shoulder injury. The hockey player left the field with the support of teammates, and never returned until the end of the game.
The extent of the damage is currently unknown. But the “railroad workers” fly to Omsk for the pre-season tournament without Kayumov. Perhaps the striker will be able to recover quickly enough to start the season with the team.
Currently, Lokomotiv is in dire need of forwards. And he is looking for another forward among foreign players who are ready to play in the KHL.
