The chairman of the board of directors of Lokomotiv, Yuri Nagornykh, said that the club “does not welcome” forward Artem Dziuba’s communication style with journalists.
After the Lokomotiv match with Wings of the Soviets (1: 1), Dzyuba rudely answered the RB Sport journalist. The football player said that the journalist would “play out” and that he would stick his phone “in one place” with him. Artem himself did not play due to injury.
Nagornykh noted that Dzyuba was not obliged to communicate with the media.
“We do not welcome such a style of communication, but we believe that media representatives should also behave correctly,” he said.
He also accused journalists of often trying to take comments from “in a place not intended for this.” He called the situation a “problem” and promised that the club would discuss the situation with Dziuba.
