Lipsk residents took 10 thousand steps as part of the all-Russian campaign. The health event took place in Lipetsk in the park named after V.N. Markova.
The all-Russian action “10,000 steps to life” this time took place under the slogan “From heart to heart”. It was dedicated to two dates – World Heart Day and All-Russian Walking Day.
The event was organized by the Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention together with the Regional Medical and Physical Education Dispensary and the Lipetsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
Over 60 students of Lipetsk Medical College took part in the event. They not only took a walk, but also did exercises.
The 10,000 Steps to Life event is organized every year to attract as many supporters as possible to the walk. This year, over 700 people took part in the action – residents of Lipetsk, Yelets, Volovsky, Gryazinsky, Yeletsky, Lev-Tolstovsky, Izmalkovsky, Dankovsky, Lipetsk and Usmansky districts.
