Liksutov: “Troika” will work on the Paveletsky and Yaroslavl directions of the railway

From May 15, the “Purse” ticket of the Troika card will work in the Paveletsky direction, and from May 22 in the Yaroslavsky direction. This was told by Deputy Mayor of Moscow Maxim Liksutov.
With the new method, it will be possible to pay for travel on the section from Paveletsky railway station to Rastorguevo station and from Yaroslavsky railway station to Sergiev Posad, Fryazino-Passenger, Monino stations. Previously, only train tickets were recorded here for Troika.
At the same time, the fare will not change and will be automatically calculated according to railway tariffs, based on the travel distance.
Passengers of these destinations will not need to spend time in line to issue a ticket at the box office or machine, it is enough to top up Troika and attach it at the entrance and exit.
Validation at the entrance and exit is mandatory, reminiscent of the capital Deptrans.
Otherwise, Troika will be blocked for commuter trains and the MCD. And also at the subway ticket offices it will not be possible to return the security deposit for a transport card with an unfinished trip to the railway.
