The Chekalin family fully reimbursed 311 million rubles as part of a criminal case opened in May. However, the court still imposed a maximum fine of 40% of this amount. It is noted that the spouses are ready to pay the fine, but cannot yet due to the unclosed criminal case, as well as seized accounts.
According to the channel, the tax office issued a decision on the fine to Chekalin on September 18. They have a month to pay.
