Lenovo at Mobile World Congress 2024 in Barcelona presented new generations of branded families of ThinkPad and ThinkBook laptops.

The ThinkPad T14i Gen 5, T14s Gen 5, T16 Gen 3, X12 Detachable Gen 2, and ThinkBook 14 2-in-1 Gen 4 feature the latest Intel Core Ultra processors with Intel vPro on select models, Windows 11, and technology support artificial intelligence. AI-powered features are said to allow users to optimize workflows and increase productivity. The new products have received a number of improvements in ergonomics and a number of technical and software updates that increase the ease of use of laptops.

The main feature of the new ThinkPad and ThinkBook laptop models is their optimized design – the devices are designed for a long service life, therefore, together with iFixit specialists, solutions have been introduced that simplify the repair and upgrading of laptops. The ThinkPad T14 Gen 5 and T16 Gen 3 models feature split DIMM RAM slots, a removable battery, an SSD drive, and a wireless adapter. Inside the computer there are QR codes that lead to step-by-step video instructions for replacing certain components of the device, which allows you to maintain and update laptops even for those who do not have special skills.

New Lenovo laptop models will be available in April 2024. The cost of devices from the ThinkPad and ThinkBook lines has not been announced.
