Leica introduced the new digital camera is the M11 Monochrom camera, which only takes black and white pictures. The cost of the camera is €9.4 thousand.
The novelty received a full-format monochrome matrix, designed specifically for the new camera. The M11 Monochrom is said to be capable of shooting in DNG or JPEG format at 60MP, 36MP or 18MP. Leica promises that the camera delivers “unprecedented reproduction of even the finest details with extremely low noise, even in difficult lighting conditions and at high ISO ranges.”
The camera is made in an all-metal body with aluminum and leather trim, and the screen is protected by a sapphire crystal. The M11 Monochrom has 256 GB of internal memory, supports Bluetooth and USB-C connectivity, and allows you to work with the captured images via the Leica Fotos mobile smartphone app.
The new Leica M11 Monochrom, dedicated to the 2012 Leica M Monochrom camera, is already available in the brand’s official stores.
