Leica introduced a camera in honor of diving watches

Leica introduced a new version of the Q2 camera – a version of the Ghost dedicated to diving watches.
A feature of the new camera model is the design developed in collaboration with the experts of Hodinkee, an authoritative media about watches. The case is trimmed with gray cowhide, while the top cover and lens are painted in light gray. Leica’s trademark bright red logo is omitted so as not to disturb the style of a diver’s watch with a gray bezel. Technically, the Leica Q2 Ghost by Hodinkee, which comes with a Summilux 28mm lens, is no different from a standard camera.
The limited edition Leica Q2 Ghost Set by Hodinkee features a silver thumb rest and a serial number engraved on the screen glass in a series of 150 pieces. Like the basic Leica Q2 Ghost by Hodinkee camera, the kit includes an exclusive woven strap for carrying the camera.
The cost of the Leica Q2 Ghost by Hodinkee, which will be on sale from December 15, will be €5.9 thousand. The Leica Q2 Ghost Set by Hodinkee was available only on the official website of the publication at a price of $5.9 thousand, but all sets have already been sold out.
Recall that in 2019 Leica and Hodinkee presented their first joint project – the Leica M10-P Ghost Edition for Hodinkee camera.
