LDPR deputy Chernyshov proposed a project on spending mother’s capital on mother’s education

Boris Chernyshov, who holds the post of Vice-Speaker of the State Duma from the LDPR party, submitted to the deputies a bill aimed at expanding the scope of maternity capital.
According to Chernyshov’s proposal, the resources allocated within the framework of maternity (family) capital can be used to finance the education of women who are its recipients.
The essence of the initiative is to allow the use of these funds to pay for educational services in various organizations located on the territory of the Russian Federation.
As RIA Novosti clarifies, it will be possible to pay for tuition both in public and private educational institutions that have the appropriate license.
