“I travel a lot in Russia, as I often tour. But here I am recognized in every city. Therefore, I used to prefer to fly on holidays to other countries where I am not so well known. However, I recently discovered Kamchatka! And this is absolute space! The virgin beauty of Kamchatka captivated me.

My friends suggested flying to Kamchatka, I stayed there only a week, but I will definitely return there and show it to my children when they are a little older.

By car, we drove up to the foot of the Gorely volcano. It was +30 outside the window, while it was snowing! I think next time climb the volcano.

We also visited Opasny canyon and mini-valley of geysers, caught flounder, saw Kamchatka bears in the wild. It was a real men’s holiday with discoveries and adventures,” said the artist.

“We often give concerts throughout Russia and at the same time visit local attractions. We try to leave ourselves a day or two in the tour schedule for some excursions and walks. Just think: is it possible to come to Vladivostok and not get to Russky Island or visit Irkutsk and not go to Lake Baikal?

We remember Baikal the most. This is the most fantastic place on the planet where we managed to visit! We lived in the popular tourist place Listvyanka, where there are all conditions for a civilized holiday. There you can taste smoked omul, take a virtual dive in a bathyscaphe to the bottom of the lake and see a performance in the nerpinaria. There, trained Baikal seals jump over the ring and slap their sides funny with flippers. We were, of course, impressed.

Once we were invited to perform a concert on the other side of the lake – where there are no tourist routes and where you can only get on an off-road vehicle. We were immediately warned that the journey would not be the easiest – you need to drive for several hours, first along a dirt road, and then over potholes. But we will be able to enjoy the beauty of the real “wild” Baikal!

While we were walking, the guide and the driver caught us a whole bucket of fish. It was a complete fantasy: the sun was shining brightly, we were sitting and eating the most delicious fish soup, which was cooked by the cooks who met us with songs, ”the artists recall.

“My husband and I have relatively recently discovered a new type of recreation – cruises on the rivers of Russia. It is so interesting that when we are on a cruise, my phone almost never turns off: I want to capture absolutely everything.

So, as part of the cruise, we ended up in the tourist village of Mandrogi near St. Petersburg. They had some kind of holiday dedicated to corn there. Many different dishes from the “queen of the fields” were prepared. And we tried corn soup for the first time. When you eat it, you don’t understand at all what it’s made of!

Naturally, I began to ask the chef how to cook it at home so that it would be just as tasty. And finally got the recipe. It turned out to be fast and incredibly easy. I can share the recipe for corn soup-puree:

Saute carrots and onions in butter. Add corn and your favorite seasonings there and fry everything together. Then pour a little water, cover with a lid and simmer, stirring occasionally. Add cream and simmer a little more. Well, in the end, beat everything with a blender. The soup is ready. Bon appetit!”.

My place of power in the Caucasus is where you can see Elbrus, the highest mountain peak in Russia, a dormant volcano… It is incredibly beautiful there, you can feel the power. The only inconvenient moment when traveling in this direction is not very developed infrastructure. On the one hand, it is good for nature, there are no crowds of tourists, and therefore everything is still pristine. But, on the other hand, because of this, not all people can enjoy the benefits that nature provides. For example, healing springs with unique mineral water, which has no analogues anywhere in the world. Of course, the difficulties did not frighten us – and we were not in such conditions …

And from recent trips, I was very impressed with Altai. I was not there for a very long time, but I already want to return there with my husband, to explore this region with him, ”summed up the singer.
