Albina Gadzhieva, Deputy Dean of the HSE Faculty of Law, said that from September 2023, new rules for the provision of paid medical services will come into force in Russia. Russian Government Decree No. 736 will approve the rules, which will be in effect for three years, until September 2026.
The most significant innovation for patients will be the possibility of drawing up a contract for paid medical care via the Internet. According to Albina Hajiyeva, after the conclusion of the contract, the patient must receive a confirmation with a document number or other identification method.
