Blinovskaya, known as the “queen of marathons”, is suspected of non-payment of 918 million rubles in taxes.
Zhorin suggested considering the case of Blinovskaya as an opaque signal to bloggers involved in the information business or generally having a high income, to stop using transparent tax optimization schemes.
