Police officers conducted a master class on studying sambo techniques for the students of the Student Landing. The students learned that wrestling techniques are an integral part of self-defense and physical training of every police officer, reports the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
The master class began with a warm-up, after which employees of the district Ministry of Internal Affairs demonstrated to the students defense techniques, power techniques and combat wrestling techniques. The guys, together with the police, learned new self-defense techniques, which contributes to the physical development of the younger generation.
