The Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket with a military satellite was launched from the Plesetsk state test cosmodrome in the Arkhangelsk region, reported The Russian Ministry of Defense in the Telegram channel.

“Combat crews of the space forces of the Aerospace Forces carried out the launch of a Soyuz-2.1b medium-class carrier rocket with a spacecraft in the interests of the Russian Ministry of Defense,” the department noted.

By data RIA Novosti, in 2023 this is the third launch from the Plesetsk cosmodrome and the 10th launched by Russia.
