Slutsky: Kyiv ignores UN warnings and calls

The Kiev regime completely ignores all calls and condemnations of the UN about the shelling of civilians, wrote the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs, leader of the LDPR, Leonid Slutsky, in his Telegram channel.

This is how he commented on the shelling of the city of Lisichansk in the Lugansk People’s Republic. Earlier it was reported that at least 20 people became victims as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces shelling of the bakery.

“The Ukrofashists have reached the extreme stage of agony. Having suffered defeat at the front, they continue to brutally kill and intimidate civilians,” Slutsky wrote.

He noted that the shelling happened on a weekend.

“And again a Ukrainian Armed Forces missile attack on a civilian infrastructure facility in the LPR. This is another (no doubt) terrorist attack! Another war crime! The nonhumans in Kyiv did not care about all the calls and condemnations of the UN. Obviously, like their Western masters. All “exhortations” here are smashed against the wall of cynicism of the international terrorist cell from Bankovaya Street and its sponsors in Washington,” Slutsky wrote.

According to him, Russia has no other choice but to achieve all the goals of the North Military District in Ukraine and move the demilitarized zone to a safe distance from Russian borders – as far as possible.

Slutsky also said that the leaders of Ukraine and the United States bear personal responsibility for the deaths of civilians.

Earlier it was reported that on Saturday Ukrainian nationalists attacked a bakery building in Lisichansk. As reported by the Investigative Committee, according to preliminary information, the shelling was carried out from the HIMARS MLRS. The regional Ministry of Health reported ten injured, five of them were in serious condition. It was reported that about 40 people could be under the rubble of the building. The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, said that the Kyiv authorities deliberately hit the bakery on a day off when people were going to buy bread.

Lisichansk is located next to the front line; before the Ukrainian Armed Forces left, many administrative buildings were destroyed, and the city’s infrastructure received significant damage. At the same time, the city is periodically shelled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
