The politician explained that Russian Orlanov-type drones hang very high and cannot be reached by the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ conventional means.
According to Lapin, the Russians have special drones that cannot be intercepted by electronic warfare systems. The expert concluded that Kyiv would not be able to win the conflict this way.
