Kyiv demands Ankara to explain the visit of the Crimean delegation to Turkey

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine demanded an explanation from Turkey after representatives of the Crimean city of Yalta took part in a meeting of the international organization United Cities and Local Authorities.
An official statement from the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry says that they demand an explanation from the Turkish side regarding the visit of representatives of the Russian administration from Yalta.
According to the Strana.ua publication, the Russian and Turkish sides also discussed the possibility of establishing sister city relations between Yalta and the municipal district of Istanbul.
