The wife of Vladimir Kuzmin’s brother, Natalya, was arrested for driving a naked woman on the hood of her car. The musician’s wife spent ten days in a special detention center. And when she was released, a new shock awaited her. Natalya’s husband, musician Alexander Kuzmin, said that he intends to file for divorce. He confirmed his desire in a conversation with MK correspondents. The musician told our correspondents about why he decided to make drastic changes in his life.

— How did you cope with your wife’s arrest?

“These were the happiest days of my life over the past five years.”

– What did you do?

— I was cleaning the territory of our house. He was creative: during this time he wrote a lot of new poems, a lot of new music. I felt how good it was when no one frowned at you, didn’t say: “Close the door,” “Turn off the light,” “You went the wrong way.” You came to the wrong place”, “Take this, this…”. I have a different status – I’m not used to this kind of attitude.

– Why did you live together for so many years if many things did not suit you?

— She has many interesting qualities. It turns out, fifty-fifty. It’s good there, bad here. But the result is zero. And it doesn’t lead to anything.

– Natalya says that you drink… And it is because of this that your family life has cracked!

“During her arrest, I did not drink at all.

-Have you really decided to divorce her?

– Absolutely.

– How will you be alone? What kind of woman do you need?

– None is needed. In the coming years – for sure. I have reconsidered this question. I am very tired of family life: it takes a lot of energy. I can talk about this for a very long time. In short: I don’t like being married.

-What is your brother saying?

“He came to terms with what was happening in my life.” My brother and I have always been close and are still close. Everything is fine with us. God bless him.

– Maybe you should return to him and start working together again?

“We’ve been working for almost twenty years.” I’m not interested now. I have already reached such a level that I can work separately. I have certain jobs that I don’t want to share with anyone. And Volodya has the same thing. But, of course, when we worked together, it was great.
