Kursk foil fencers won gold medals at the “Christmas Tournament”

At the beginning of 2024, a “Christmas tournament” among young foil fencers was held in Russia. 105 best athletes aged 15 years and younger came to the traditional competition in the capital of Tatarstan, Kazan.
Representatives of the Kursk school of rapier players showed excellent blade control. The Nightingale Region team returned home with gold medals. The regional Ministry of Sports congratulated Olga Gutorova, Kamilla Cumani, Ulyana Belykh, Zlata Shatunova, as well as the winners’ coaches – Nikita Vetrov and Elena Kazhikina.
