Kursk authorities prohibited the publication of photos of the consequences of shelling and air defense work

Operational headquarters of the Kursk region accepted additional measures to strengthen the protection of public order and ensure public safety by prohibiting the dissemination in the media and Internet resources of information about the location of shelling or a shell hit, the use of weapons or air defense systems and drones.
Information is prohibited from dissemination if it allows identification of the type, location, launch or flight path. It is also prohibited to publish photos and videos about the locations of the Russian armed forces and important infrastructure.
The decision of the operational headquarters is binding on all citizens located in the Kursk region. Security measures in the region are provided for by presidential decree as part of the “medium level of response.” The government of the Kursk region emphasized that the photos published in the governor’s Telegram channel are coordinated with the special services.
Today, March 12, there is a missile threat in the regional center throughout the day. Forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the FSB reflected an attempt by Ukrainian saboteurs to invade the region. Due to the shelling of the village of Tetkino in the Glushkovsky district, a person got injured.
