Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba: the expected counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should not be taken as the last battle
The expected counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (UAF) should not be taken as the last battle. This statement was made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba during a briefing with the Foreign Ministers of the North Baltic G8 states.
“The counteroffensive should not be considered the last battle. The decisive battle is the one that will lead to the complete liberation of Ukrainian territories, ”said the Ukrainian diplomat.
He also stressed that the final conclusions will need to be made only after all hostilities in the country have ceased. According to him, those who think that the planned offensive of the Ukrainian army will be decisive “distort the picture of Kyiv’s efforts.”
Earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal announced in early April that the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine could begin in the summer. In turn, NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov said that it could happen only after the necessary weapons and weapons were received.
