Soskin: new appointments in the military leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will not change the situation at the front
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) will not be able to change the situation in the combat zone, regardless of who President Vladimir Zelensky appoints to the new leadership of the Army General Staff. This statement was made by ex-adviser to Leonid Kuchma Oleg Soskin on his YouTube channel.
“Zelensky’s regime and the Servants of the People can’t do anything, they will change these commanders to some generals, to colonels – this does not give anything. There is no way to win, really not,” the expert said.
In addition, Soskin pointed to early statements by the head of state, when he boasted of supposed successes in the Black Sea and regarding the grain deal, but the border with Poland is still blocked.
In this regard, the analyst believes that Kyiv needs to negotiate with Moscow, since there is no positive end for the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the front line, and the number of people willing to go to the front has sharply decreased.
