Kuchera gave a patriotic interview to foreign agent Dudya in a Ukrainian brand T-shirt

Russian TV presenter Oskar Kuchera received a double dose of criticism for his interview with Yuri Dudyu (included in the Russian Federation in the list of foreign agents). One part of the audience attacked Kuchera for his political position, expressed in support of the decisions of the Russian authorities, including on Ukraine. The other was for inconsistency and contradiction to his own patriotic statements, in particular, for visiting a foreign agent.
Among other things, Kuchera in an interview criticized the situation in the United States, where, according to him, “the economy is close to collapse”, “people are impoverished” and they are almost “forced to change their sex”. The interviewer then asked the guest if it was true that his wife gave birth to her youngest child in the States, to which he received a positive answer. Kuchera was also asked if he made the child an American passport, and he again answered in the affirmative, expressing confidence that “anyone would have done”
Attentive viewers also noticed that the TV presenter wore a T-shirt of a popular Ukrainian brand during the interview. The company, according to data from open sources, sends part of the proceeds to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Representatives of the brand reacted to the appearance of Kuchera in branded clothes, publishing a post on the social network on behalf of the T-shirt itself: “I am very ashamed that Kuchera bought me. I want to wash out and become covered with spools.”
Currently, outraged viewers continue to attack Kuchera on social networks. On his page in the social network blocked in the Russian Federation – owned by an American company, recognized as extremist – there are more and more new comments. The most neutral ones sound like this: “Oscar, urgently look at Dud”, “Stop writing negative comments after an interview with Dud, I don’t have time to like”, “Please don’t give an interview to anyone ever again, I beg you.”
Kuchera has not yet commented on the criticism.
