Kuban judoists brought two gold, five silver and one bronze medals from the All-Russian junior competitions. The competition was held in Ryazan and brought together over 160 of the best athletes from 19 regions of Russia.
How reports official information portal of the regional administration, Eduard Solopon and Polina Generalova became the best in their weight and age categories. The following climbed to the second step of the podium: Ilya Pirogov, Samuel Darbinyan, David Kiriya, Nodar Onoprienko and Alisa Isakova. Inal Sonov won bronze as part of the Krasnodar Territory team.
Based on the results of the entire tournament, the Kuban junior team took second place, and the junior team took fourth place.
