Kuban dancers won top awards at the All-Russian Sports and Athletics Games of the Special Olympics

Representatives of the Krasnodar region won medals at the All-Russian Sports and Athletics Games of the Special Olympics. The tournament took place in Novosibirsk. Over 230 people from 15 regions of the Russian Federation took part in it. Kuban was represented in dance sports by the wards of the Armavir Rehabilitation Center.
Thus, the region’s athletes managed to win 1st place in the categories of solo, solo exhibition competition, pairs and synchronized dance. In the finals of the “unified couple” and “ensemble” categories, Kuban residents also won 2 awards. In the category with a patriotic composition they took 1st place. They took silver in the folk dance ensemble competition.
In total, based on the results of the competition, the region’s team won 5 highest-quality awards and 1 silver. The Kuban team became the most titled team of the tournament.
