Kuban athletes won seven medals at the competitions in Krasnaya Polyana

The Russian Bobsleigh Championship ended in Krasnaya Polyana. As a result of the competition, Kuban athletes won seven awards of various denominations.
The strongest athletes from eight subjects of the Russian Federation came to the tournament. Thus, the championship was attended by participants and winners of various Russian and international competitions: world champions, winners and prize-winners of the stages of the World Cup and the Russian Championship.
According to the results of the tournament, representatives of the Kuban have five silver and two bronze medals. Athletes excelled in the disciplines “double crew”, “quadruple crew” and “monobob”.
Recall that today in the region bobsledders are trained at the “Center for Olympic training in winter sports” and sports school No. 14 in Sochi. More than 70 athletes train in these institutions.
