Peskov: Putin’s words about anti-Semitism in Ukraine hit a nerve
Dmitry Peskov, press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, noted that Vladimir Putin’s speech at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) aroused worldwide interest. According to him, they analyze what the president said, as he said many important things that are subject to deep analysis.
He noted that Putin’s statements about historical Ukrainian anti-Semitism did not go unnoticed and touched a nerve.
Peskov also said that most of the world, which is not limited to the collective West, remains interested in SPIEF.
Earlier, Putin said at the forum that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is “a disgrace to the Ukrainian people,” and was surprised how Nazism could exist in his country.
