Singer Svetlana Loboda, who left Russia in the spring of 2022, decided to sell her property in the capital – the site writes about this KP.RU. “KP” writes that “this is not just a mansion, but a whole manor complex of four buildings.” It is reported that the object consists of the main house, a guest house and two more houses – for security and maintenance personnel. The main house with a total area of 1400 sq m has three floors, a swimming pool, a library, a billiard room, a gym and a laundry room. On the site there is a garage and parking, a summer kitchen, a gazebo and a barbecue area.
“Here is an expensive park landscape, and Japanese carps live in the pond,” the publication notes.
The realtors interviewed by the publication suggest that the house can be sold under a power of attorney issued abroad, or it was transferred to a new nominal owner by gift, and he, in turn, put the property up for sale. It is reported that the price of the lot is in the range of 630 to 650 million rubles.
