Actor Danila Kozlovsky sued the head of the Federal Project for Security and Anti-Corruption (FPBC) Vitaly Borodin for 1 ruble in a claim for the protection of honor and dignity. Writes about this Telegram channel SHOT.
Previously, Kozlovsky twice tried to file a lawsuit to protect his honor and dignity against Borodin, but the court rejected them. Ultimately, the claim was accepted for consideration on the third attempt. In his lawsuit, the actor demanded that the social activist remove information from his Telegram channel that Danila allegedly called for street protests, and to recover 1 ruble from the defendant. Today the court granted this claim.
The conflict between the head of the FPBC and the actor began in mid-April. Borodin contacted the prosecutor’s office and stated that Kozlovsky, after the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine, left for the United States and then returned to Russia to perform in Moscow and St. Petersburg theaters.
In response, Kozlovsky emphasized that he did not have a second citizenship and was leaving Russia to visit his child in the United States.
Subsequently, the conflict escalated. The head of the FPBC demanded that the Prosecutor General’s Office check the actor for funding from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
