The editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, military analyst Igor Korotchenko, commented on the message of the Russian Ministry of Defense that the fighters of the Russian Armed Forces captured German Leopard tanks and American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles (BMPs) knocked out in the Zaporozhye direction as trophies.
“It is important that this captured wrecked equipment be delivered to Moscow,” Korotchenko said, adding that it should be presented to the public for the Russian people.
He added that “attempts to humiliate and discredit Russia in a number of countries” should be taken into account.
In particular, Korotchenko proposed placing the Leopard tank in front of the German embassy on Mosfilmovskaya Street, and the American Bradley infantry fighting vehicles on Manezhnaya Square.
According to the expert, it will also be possible to hold social and political actions condemning the West’s intervention in the conflict in Ukraine.
