The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, said that the North Crimean Canal could in the future be filled again with water from the Dnieper through a pump system or natural drainage. At the same time, he noted that the final strategy can only be presented after the end of the military operation in Ukraine.
“There will certainly be water in Crimea. It will flow through the North Crimean Canal either through a pump system or by natural runoff.
