As MK managed to find out, this car was originally produced in 2011 and belonged to the infamous owner of a construction company who made repairs in Khabensky’s apartment in 2018. The actor met the businessman during the filming of a TV program on the theme of perfect repairs.
However, the actor did not like the finishing work in his 150-meter apartment. The claims of the screen star were quite justified: the unfortunate builder used low-quality materials, the work was not carried out on time. As a result, the police took over the case, a criminal case was initiated. In 2020, the master received a suspended sentence of 5 years for large-scale fraud, in addition, he was ordered to pay Khabensky 6 million rubles. All property of the owner of the construction company was seized.
The merchant owned, among other things, an Infiniti car. True, another person really used it, since the car was pledged. The fact is that in 2016 the negligent master was doing repairs and he did not have enough money to purchase materials, although, apparently, he received an advance payment for the purchase from the customer. Then the contractor and the customer agreed on a deal – the builder will pledge the Infiniti car and receive 1 million rubles, and when he returns the money, he will also receive the car. This car was arrested in favor of Khabensky.
– The company had to go bankrupt, – the bankrupt businessman complained to law enforcement officers. – In recent years, I paid Konstantin 500 thousand rubles. I can’t find a job, because it’s problematic to do this with a suspended sentence.
