Knowledge Day in Salavat was celebrated with the opening of a school after a major overhaul

On September 1, 2022, the Salavat correctional school in the Republic of Bashkortostan opened the doors of the main building after a major overhaul. A bright and cozy school, equipped with the most modern technological requirements that ensure safety and comfort, opened its doors to almost 200 children! Overhaul included: repair of the roof, facade, blind area; heating systems; offices, bathrooms, stairwells, entrance group, porches. Also repaired power supply networks, it is planned to install a children’s playground.
“We are very pleased that we have completed the overhaul of the main building, that the children have crossed the threshold of the renovated school. The work was carried out on time. In our hearts, we felt the risk that we would not make it in time, we were worried. But in the end we made it. The contractor did a good job. We consulted with them about design solutions. We are very glad that we got into this program,” Tatyana Turbina, director of the school, told the local TV channel at the ceremony on the Day of Knowledge.
It is important that the program included not only the overhaul and renovation of school infrastructure, but also the training and advanced training of teachers throughout the country. Its result will be the creation of a comfortable, safe and modern educational environment.
Recall that in the Republic of Bashkortostan, 365 school buildings were included in the federal program for the overhaul of schools, initiated by the United Russia party and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. In this school year, repairs came to the first 197 educational institutions.
