During the 1/8 final match of the Bosnian Cup with Rudar, which took place on February 18, the fans of Borac, which is based in the city of Banja Luka (Republika Srpska), sang about Ratko Mladic, one of the Serbian leaders during the collapse of Yugoslavia, chanted “Kosovo-Serbia” and unfurled the Russian flag with the slogan “Glory to Russia”. In addition, they showed a banner on which was inscribed: “Kosovo is the seed from which I myself grew, the source from which people came.”
The publication noted that in case of a repeated violation, Borac is threatened with holding matches in empty stadiums.
In the match with “Rudar” “Borac” lost in a penalty shootout, its performance in the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina is over.
