Klitschko: Zelensky’s decision to remove Zaluzhny was a mistake
According to the Italian newspaper la Repubblica, the mayor of Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko criticized the decision of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to dismiss Valery Zaluzhny from the post of commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Let us recall that on February 8, Zelensky announced that Zaluzhny would be replaced as commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian troops by Alexander Syrsky.
“Removing Zaluzhny was a huge mistake. We must unite around the people who have the most support, such as Zaluzhny, who has the highest rating in the polls,” Klitschko said.
