Klitschko and Arakhamia danced “political dances” on the bones of freezing Kiev

Political scientists have predicted how the skirmish of Ukrainian elites over the energy crisis will end

The energy crisis triggered by Russian strikes on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure has already stoked quarrels within the Nezalezhnaya political elite. The ruling Servant of the People faction has criticized Vitali Klitschko for the poor performance of heating points in Kyiv. The mayor of the Ukrainian capital angrily accused the country’s leadership and Zelensky’s party of “political dances.” What discord at the top of the Kyiv regime could result in, MK learned from political scientists.

“Today, when everyone has to work together, some political dances are starting,” this is how Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reacted to a flurry of criticism due to the poor organization of heating points in the Ukrainian capital.

Earlier, the leader of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada, David Arakhamia, said that 100 out of 530 heating points do not function in Kyiv, and those that do do not have enough generators or no water and Internet. For all this, the deputy, in his own words, is ashamed – although the authorities of Kyiv should be ashamed.

Klitschko tried to dodge a powerful blow to his reputation:

“I do not want, especially in the current situation, to enter into political battles. This is silly. I have something to do… It looks, to put it mildly, ugly. Both for Ukrainians and for our foreign partners,” the mayor wrote in his Telegram channel.

Political scientist Volodymyr Bruter believes that in the short term, the skirmish at the top of the Kyiv regime will not lead to anything impressive and will not affect the course of the NWO in any way. The authorities will convince the civilian population to move to the countryside and beg the West for new portions of aid – now not only in units of weapons and dollars, but also in megawatts.

– The West will try to urgently compensate for the shortage in the electricity industry for Ukraine. EU countries do not want to host even more refugees. Therefore, people will be encouraged to move to the countryside. No one will restore the energy system now because of the risk of new strikes. The Kyiv authorities will use heating points, diesel generators and other options for palliative care, the political scientist predicted.

The exchange of caustic verbal injections between Arakhamia and Klitschko is unlikely to cause the effect of a house of cards, the expert believes. Swearing and disassembly for the top of the Kyiv regime is the norm.

– Zelensky and Klitschko have always been political opponents. The President of Ukraine always wanted to remove the Kyiv mayor, but the West did not allow him to do this, – Vladimir Bruter is sure.

If a skirmish within the Kyiv elites is beneficial to someone, then it is clearly not for Moscow, but for Washington:

– There is no friendship in the political elite of Ukraine. They fight every day. They just don’t tell us about it. Washington benefits when the minions swear. The US presents this situation as “true democracy”. In fact, while the Kyiv authorities are in conflict with each other, the Americans can act as an arbiter in their disputes, the political scientist explains.

Ivan Skorikov, Head of the Ukraine Department of the Institute of CIS Countries, draws attention to the fact that the coming climatic winter in tandem with the energy crisis will inevitably lower Vitaliy Klitschko’s rating. However, these are rather particulars: in general, Ukraine’s policy with a trend towards Euro-Atlantic integration and an ideology with forced de-Russification will remain unshakable.

This version is supported by the statement of the wife of Vladimir Zelensky in a recent interview with Western journalists. Elena Zelenskaya argued that the citizens of Ukraine are ready to live without heat and light for two or three years if the country joins the European Union as a result.

– The words of Elena Zelenskaya completely fit into the framework of total propaganda. Its meaning is that Ukraine is fighting for its existence, and not only as a state, but also as an entire nation. Therefore, “we will tighten our belts, we will starve, but we will defend independence,” Ivan Skorikov, the wife of the Ukrainian leader, comments on the statement.

According to the political scientist, Zelensky’s opponents, primarily Petro Poroshenko and Yulia Tymoshenko, will actively use the energy crisis and the squabble caused by it in the ranks of the political elites of Nezalezhnaya. However, they will not go further than shouting in the media field and winding up personal ratings:

“None of Zelensky’s opponents will be able to claim a loud voice, since the current president of Ukraine completely suits the West,” the expert concluded.
