Senator Andriy Klishas submitted to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko a draft legalization of the online sale of alcohol for consideration. This is reported RBC.
The draft contains amendments to the law “On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol…” and “On information protection…”. According to them, the online sale and delivery of alcoholic beverages will become legal for companies that have a license to purchase, store, and supply alcohol. Similar opportunities will be provided to holders of a license for the retail sale of alcohol.
It is specified that an agreement will be concluded with the buyer, on the basis of which he will have to confirm his age through the ESIA. For repeat purchases, age verification will be carried out using a QR code.
