Kizaru filed an administrative protocol for promoting drugs

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg drew up an administrative protocol against the rapper Kizaru (Oleg Nechiporenko) under Part 1.1 of Art. 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (drug propaganda). This is stated in the official response of the department to the request of the Safe Internet League.
According to the head of the Safe Internet League, Ekaterina Mizulina, in Telegram, the case was opened on June 27. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is conducting an appropriate check. Under this article, Kizaru faces a fine of 5,000 to 30,000 rubles.
On June 7, Ekaterina Mizulina reported that the Safe Internet League had applied to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor General’s Office with a request to check the work of several rappers, including Kizaru, for propaganda of drug use.
Oleg Nechiporenko is a rap artist from St. Petersburg. In the mid-2000s, he was accused of drug trafficking and left for Barcelona. He was held under arrest in Spain for about three months. According to the performer, the case against him was fabricated. In Russia, Oleg Nechiporenko is on the federal wanted list.
