Kirkorov was accused of performing in Gorlovka a song by a Ukrainian singer who called the Russian Federation an aggressor

Philip Kirkorov’s trip to the Northern Military District zone and speech to wounded servicemen caused a new scandal. The artist was caught performing a song authored by a “Russophobe.”

The Russian regional publication Bloknot reported that their colleague was able to bring the singer to clean water. An employee of the publication drew attention to the fact that Kirkorov performed one of his hits at the Gorlovka hospital – the song “Snow”. The problem turned out to be that the words of this song were written many years ago by the Ukrainian singer and poet Irina Bilyk. Since March 2014, Bilyk has criticized Russia; after February 24, 2024, she accused Russian military personnel of allegedly destroying her country house near Bucha. At the same time, it is known that Bilyk and Kirkorov had many years of friendship; in 2015, she even came to Crimea, where she met a friend in an informal setting, for which she was criticized in her homeland.

“It’s good that it’s not the Anthem of Ukraine,” stated “Blokpad” employee, commenting on Kirkorov’s speech in the DPR. – But he brought humanitarian aid. Therefore, we will understand and forgive again.”

Earlier, State Duma Deputy Speaker Pyotr Tolstoy suggested that no matter how many times Kirkorov came “through that door”they still won’t forgive him for the “naked” party.
