The performer called the ex-wife “a wonderful singer” and “a legend of our country.” But he immediately added that he had not been in contact with her for a long time.
“I know that she left, and I don’t know anything else. We haven’t been talking for more than five years,” Kirkorov said.
The singer also said that he does not follow the fate of Pugacheva’s current husband, humorist Maxim Galkin (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia).
Earlier it became known that Galkin’s concerts in Kazakhstan, which were to be held this fall, were canceled.
