North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally supervised the field exercises of the Hwaseong artillery unit of the Western Front of the Korean People’s Army, which took place the day before, the Central Telegraph Agency of the DPRK reports.

Kim Jong-un, as noted in the official statement of the agency, got acquainted with the combat and political training of the military, the procedure for the unit to perform important operational tasks. The leader of the DPRK checked the combat readiness of the 8th fire assault company of the unit. It is she, as recalled in the message, that is responsible for strikes against enemy operational airfields.
The exercise was observed by the main leadership of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of the DPRK, as well as the commanders of the Korean People’s Army. Also in the photos published by KCNA, Kim Jong-un’s daughter, known as Kim Joo-e, is again present. This, according to social media users who follow each photo of the daughter of the North Korean leader, is already her eighth appearance in public.
