Kiev is preparing a reform plan to receive assistance from the EU

The Kyiv authorities are going to prepare a “reform and development plan” in order to receive assistance from the EU in the amount of about 50 billion euros, RIA Novosti reports, citing a statement by Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Alexey Sobolev.
The plan will last for 4 years, its preparation will be completed in December. Earlier it was reported that Europe was preparing a package of assistance to the Kyiv regime worth about 50 billion euros.
According to Sobolev, developing a plan is only part of all the actions, and it has been going on for three months now, but even the first version is not ready yet. “The final version of the plan will be sometime in December,” Sobolev said.
Earlier, Ukraine reported that it had spent about $34 billion on military needs over the past 9 months, or almost 60% of the state budget expenditures.
