State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein in his Telegram channel noticed head of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev for shortcomings in the distribution of regional benefits for participants in the special operation. According to him, the assistance does not apply to the families of Russian Guard soldiers.
The deputy explained that he learned about the situation from the wife of an employee of the Krasnodar OMON, who is now in the NVO zone. The woman said that a center for helping relatives of mobilized and contract servicemen had recently opened in Krasnodar. There, people can get advice from a psychologist or a job search specialist, arrange free travel for children in public transport and free meals in schools. However, these support measures do not apply to employees of the National Guard.
“Explain why this is so and how our children are different. Our dads have been serving since the first days of the NWO. They honestly and valiantly fulfill their duty,” the woman wrote to the deputy. Mr. Khinshtein called such a division of the SVO participants into “clean” and “unclean” outrageous and called on the regional governor to take action.
The press service of the regional administration does not comment on the situation, referring to the fact that time is needed to study the issue.
