“Khimik” will play in a control match against the youth team of FC “Sochi”

The Khimik players from Dzerzhinsk continue preparing for the start of the spring part of the 2023-2024 season in the Silver Division of the Second League A. The team from Dzerzhinsk performed well in the period from July to November, becoming the best in group No. 2 of the Second League “B”. “Khimik” won gold medals, suffering only one defeat in 17 matches played. The only time Khimik lost was in the away match against Zenit-2 from St. Petersburg, which did not prevent them from securing 1st place 2 rounds before the finish.
The Black and Greens are currently training in Adler, working on their third training camp. Before that, Khimik played several friendly matches, where they were able to beat Avangard Kursk, Torpedo Miass and the reserve team of Khabarovsk SKA. On February 16, the team from Dzerzhinsk will have to play a friendly match with the youth team of FC Sochi, playing in the Mir-RPL. At the end of the first part of the 2023-2024 season, players from the Sochi system took 4th place in the MFL standings, behind rivals from FC Rostov, Zenit from St. Petersburg and Moscow Lokomotiv.
